Usage fees are assessed to each caterer. It is the caterer’s responsibility to pay this charge; this fee could be incorporated into your proposal.

You must use one of the caterers on the list provided for food and bar service.
If you choose a caterer for food that can also provide bar service you may find it convenient to use that same caterer for both however it is not required. You can choose your bar service from any one of the liquor services provided on our list. If you choose a caterer that cannot provide bar service you can choose from the list of liquor providers who do. You cannot bring in your own alcohol. Caterers are full service and will provide staff, china, linen.

You are not allowed to bring in your own food with the exception of packaged dry snacks and nuts.

A licensed baker or your caterer may provide your wedding cake and desserts.

Each caterer is fully insured and has been required to supply a valid catering and liquor license to 413 on Wacouta.
