The entire building is closed to the public on event days, so your event is private and intimate. We’re located near the heart of the city, connected to the skyway which gives guests convenient access to all the city has to offer. The exposed wood ceiling beams along with limestone and brick walls gives this venue character and charm. Our experienced Venue Manager is sure to make your planning process easy!

From our 19th century brick alley, rooftop overlooking the city and the brick arches in the skyway, you’ll find a plethora of top photo spots. In addition, Mears Park, a very popular spot for wedding pictures, is just down the street. Lastly, it’s time for your ceremony and reception, and because 413 offers two separate rooms you and your guests don’t have to wait around between the two events. Further, you will love the ceremony room which is stunning even without extra décor and our reception room is filled with charm, offers adjustable color lighting and has a dance floor!

Impress your guests, colleagues, business partners with spacious and elegant rooms. Our large function room upstairs can fit up to 150, which makes its ideal for seminars and boardroom meetings. The larger meeting room downstairs can hold up to 200 and is the perfect corporate meeting space for conferences and presentations.
